Now a day, camera becomes one of the important needed for everyone to have it. They choose the camera based on their needed and favorites. Canon Canonet QL19 was produced in early 1965 and was the first camera produced by this popular brand. In other hand, Powershot SD700 was produced in January 2009. This digital camera has a lot of a good feature and attractive appearance that was admired by the teenager now a day.
Canon Canonet QL19 used canon SE 45mm 1:1.9 lens while Powershot SD700 used 400 x zoom (35-140mm eq.). Powershot’s len was better than canonet because it was sharp than Canonet. Its lens can be zoomed 4 times. Thus, we can take a picture even it’s placed a far away from where we are. Besides, we also can take a clear picture from the moving object. Not blur as Canonet ones.
Canonet used AA rechargeable battery while Powershot used Canon NB-5L Battery 1200mAh. AA rechargeable battery can’t stand for a long time. It only can be used in a short time and need to recharge again but Canon NB-5L battery 1200mAh can be used for a long time at least for 6 hours used. This was a longer time in used for a battery in the market. Furthermore, this type of battery also has no memory effect. That’s mean no need to drain it out before recharge.
AA rechargeable was used by the Canonet to recharge the AA battery. This charger has no protection from short circuit and shock if compare to battery charger + car kit for Canon NB-5L. this charger also automatically turn to trickle mode once the charging is finish. This situation made the battery more safe and can reduce the wasted of electricity.
Canonet used film type 135 (35mm) to store the picture taken while Powershot used memory card. Used of memory card is more efficient compare to the film. Memory card can save a lot of picture. Besides, we also can delete the picture if we don’t like it.
Time control is a feature to control time to take the picture without man control. Both of this canon camera have time control but the difference is where the old one can’t set the time compare to the latest one.
Both of this camera has a big difference from the result of picture taken view. Canonet produced only black and white picture while Powershot produced colorful pictures. This made picture more attractive and beautiful compare to the old one.

The Pearl by John Steinbeck
This novel is about the great pearl which found by Kino, the fisherman, and of his wife, Juana, and of the baby, Coyotito. Kino find for the pearl because he want to get a treatment for his only son, Coyotito who get bite by a scorpion. Coyotito was still young and the bite can cause him to die. The doctor refuses to give the treatment to Coyotito because Kino has no money to pay him. He was the only doctor at the town and so greedy. Kino had no choice. He must find a lot of pearl and sell them to get the money. Luckily, Kino found the greatest pearl in the world. For Kino, the pearl will change their live. They will have a good live and Coyotito can go to the school. But, the pearl give Kino a lot of enemy who want to be the owner of the pearl. They are willing to do anything to owned the pearl including be a murderer. Kino tried his best to protect his family and the pearl from his enemy including running far away from the town. Unfortunately, during the running time, the beloved baby got shout at his head. Coyotito died. At last, Kino realised that the pearl are not his soul or hope but it was his enemy. A big enemy to his family. Lastly, Kino and Juana through the greatest pearl in the world into the sea back.

The Phantom of the Opera by Gaston Leroux
This novel story was about Eric, known as The Phantom of the Opera. He’s not a ghost but human with terrible looking. He is extraordinarily thin and his dress-coat hangs on a skeleton frame. His eyes are so deep that you can hardly see the fixed pupils. You just see two big black holes, as in a dead man’s skull. His skin, which is stretched across his bones like a drumhead, is not white, but a nasty yellow. His nose is so little worth talking about that you can’t see it side-face, and the absence of that nose is a horrible thing to look at. All the hair he has is three or four long dark locks on his forehead and behind his ears. Even though he have a terrible looking but he was so brilliant and genius. He was the one who design that Opera House. Thus, he knows that Opera House more than anyone. He created a lot of secret passages for him to move easily. He also built a castle below the Opera House around the lake. The story begin when Eric falls in love with Christine Daae, the Opera House singer but Christine Daae was in love with Raoul, the Comte de Chagny. He taught Christine Daae to sing well and lovely. He was a good teacher. Christine Daae can sing very well and more lovely than before. Eric want Christine Daae sing the Margarita song since that day but the Opera House’s manager refuses it. At the Margarita night, Eric made a big trouble. After that night, the manager fulfil what Eric want. Christine Daae will sing the Margarita forever. On the day of Christine Daae sing the Margarita, Eric was kidnapped she. Eric want Christine to marry him and leave Raoul. Eric frighten to kill Raoul if Christine refuse. Christine agreed and kiss Eric’s ugly lips. Eric surprises. He did not though Christine will kiss he. Even his mother never kissed he. Eric realise that love was so lovely and wonderful things. At last, Eric free Christine and Raoul. Christine and Raoul were disappeared and Eric died in Opera House
